Logistics Specialist, Retail Operations

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with 3 days per week in the office. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year, depending on US market region, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Manage retail purchase orders across ERP systems and retailer portals.
• Coordinate routing, labeling, ASN/EDI requirements, ship windows, 3PL operations, and transportation execution.
• Monitor OTIF performance, retailer scorecards, chargebacks, disputes, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory visibility across distribution centers and manage transfer orders between manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Own retailer KPI reporting, including fill rate, compliance, deductions, and cycle time.
• Identify root causes and lead automation and continuous-improvement initiatives using systems- and AI-first methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail logistics, wholesale operations, or omni-channel supply chain.
• Experience supporting large national retailers and working with retailer portals.
• Strong knowledge of retail compliance, OTIF metrics, routing, ASN/EDI, and chargeback management.
• Experience automating processes and improving cost, delivery performance, and cycle time.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, preferably NetSuite, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience supporting retail operations across North America; LATAM experience is beneficial.
