Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (requires 3 days per week in office). Not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 (depending on region/tier)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end retail purchase orders via ERP and retailer portals.
• Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI, and shipping windows.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and transportation providers to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) shipments.
• Track retailer scorecards, resolve chargebacks, and manage retail returns.
• Build reporting dashboards to monitor fill rates, compliance, and cycle times.
• Automate manual processes using a systems- and AI-first approach to optimize operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail logistics, wholesale, or omni-channel supply chain.
• Experience working with large national retailers (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy).
• Expertise in retail compliance, OTIF metrics, ASN/EDI, and chargeback management.
• Proficiency with NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting North American retail operations; LATAM experience is a plus.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
