What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule work for production employees in light manufacturing and distribution.
• Lead team engagement and building while monitoring and evaluating personnel performance.
• Implement lean initiatives, Kaizen, and change management proposals to improve procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, cost control, and company employment policies.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to effectively process work orders and shipping.
• Manage inventory replenishment, production scheduling, and operational performance monitoring.

Requirements

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 4+ years of operational leadership experience with a proven ability to achieve results through others.
• Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing techniques, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
