What you will do

• Monitor monthly KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership to correct plan variances.
• Collaborate with Materials, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to identify and mitigate inventory constraints.
• Implement and monitor inventory management processes to optimize lead times and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and maintain accurate planning parameters within MRP systems (PCAS).
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for both purchased and manufactured parts.
• Coordinate site-wide communication and escalate significant risks to mitigate delivery impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory analysis or statistical data reporting.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Strong skills in Excel and pivot tables for analyzing multi-level Bill of Materials.
• Must have access to United States Export Controlled information.
