What you will do

• Coordinate product shipments from Procept HQ to domestic and international 3PLs.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments following all export controls.
• Transact sales confirmations in ERP system across all sites.
• Assist in cycle counting, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Assure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and domestic/international shipping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP programs at user level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours and various shifts based on operational needs.
• Proactive and collaborative in dynamic shipping environment.
