What you will do

• Oversee guest services ground activities and day-to-day operations at assigned locations.
• Manage safety programs to ensure a secure workplace for team members, guests, and aircraft.
• Hold ground service providers accountable to DOT, FAA, and Breeze guidelines.
• Administer station operations budgets and plan station costs.
• Develop and manage talent, including hiring, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate across departments (Flight Ops, Inflight Service, Technical Ops) to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in airport operations, customer service, and guiding large business partner teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid SIDA Badge and pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator certification.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of airline disciplines and external agencies such as FAA, DOT, and TSA.
