TL;DR

Sales Content Manager (SaaS): Defining how hirify.global appears in sales conversations across key markets and personas with an accent on GTM narratives, frameworks, and executive-level materials. Focus on building content infrastructure, aligning with product launches, and developing value-selling narratives for enterprise deal cycles.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or from SF/NY hubs)

Salary: $127,000 - $269,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop executive-level and customer-facing materials that reflect hirify.global's strategic vision.
  • Build and own content infrastructure including pitch decks, ROI assessments, and sales play frameworks.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align sales content with new product efforts and launches.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify pipeline needs and resolve content gaps.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to activate materials via onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Establish feedback loops between sales and marketing to keep assets current and effective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in positioning, messaging, and developing go-to-market narratives.
  • Experience building customer-facing assets like executive decks and persona-based materials.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise deal cycles and the needs of sellers at each stage.
  • Strong cross-functional skills to synthesize input from sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Command of the Message narrative framing.
  • Familiarity with design, product development, or developer tools and workflows.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global products.
