What you will do

• Lead franchise rollout and disclosure projects from inception to completion.
• Draft, revise, and finalize franchise agreements, amendments, renewals, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, franchise teams, and legal partners to drive deliverables.
• Manage redlines, version control, and document quality across multiple workstreams.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and escalate gaps, inconsistencies, or risks within documentation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, contract management, legal operations, or paralegal work.
• Proven experience drafting and managing complex commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of contract structure, redlining, and version control processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
