What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs and high-visibility initiatives to support People Team goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, shape scope, and establish ownership.
• Develop structured project plans and identify risks early to drive work through to completion.
• Provide clear, consistent status updates to maintain alignment and momentum across teams.
• Identify, define, and document best practices to improve how work is executed and scaled.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience supporting Human Resources or the People function.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a focus on driving alignment.
• Expertise in scoping initiatives and developing structured project plans.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
