What you will do

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, communications, and budget proposals.
• Delegate tasks, track milestones, and manage project timelines and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage changes in scope, and deliver progress reports.
• Oversee subordinate staff and make staffing adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5-7 years experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• 3 years experience leading teams in large-scale project management
• Ability to build strong business relationships and spot key risks upfront
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows
