What you will do

• Review, organize, and track commercial contracts through intake, redline coordination, execution, and storage
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for internal stakeholders and outside counsel
• Assist with due diligence, research, and documentation for corporate transactions and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to move contracts through internal approval processes
• Support employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters as directed by counsel

Requirements

• 5–7 years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting commercial contract workflows in a legal department or law firm
• Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision
