What you will do

• Create and manage project budgets, monitor KPIs, and handle billing forecasts to optimize profitability.
• Facilitate kick-offs, sprint planning, and serve as the primary point of contact for external clients.
• Identify and document out-of-scope tasks and lead negotiations for budget and change control.
• Determine resource needs and manage outsourced resources against project KPIs.
• Provide regular progress reporting to Team Managers and the VP of Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience with Structural Engineering in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with virtual teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
