Salary: $198,000 - $238,000 per year (Base)

is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
What you will do
- Lead the design and evolution of executive (M5+) compensation frameworks, including base, equity, and incentive structures.
- Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support senior leadership decisions on complex compensation matters.
- Manage high-impact initiatives such as M&A integration, job architecture evolution, and organizational design changes.
- Develop scalable tools and models to support workforce planning and retention analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, and People Partners to align compensation strategies with business priorities.
- Maintain market pricing strategies across various roles, functions, and geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, with specific exposure to executive compensation and strategic program work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of market benchmarking and regulatory considerations.
- Proven ability to build scalable tools and frameworks in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Foster City, CA.
