Salary: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate all loan officer appointments, including new leads and Branch Manager meetings.
• Manage incoming calls and maintain professional business rapport with clients.
• Provide clerical support to Loan Partner II (Loan Processor) through document management.
• Schedule weekly face-to-face meetings aligned with branch metrics and operations.
• Execute branch objectives related to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
• Participate in branch events to assist in expanding the client base.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass is required.
• Knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage/consumer lending regulations.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
