Salary: $34.20–$42.48 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional service to members and promote additional services to enhance relationships.
• Mentor and coach Consultants, providing on-the-job training, feedback, and resolving escalated issues.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to identify training needs and drive sales and service performance.
• Recommend and implement changes to procedures and products to improve member experience.
• Generate and distribute reports to align staff and management with branch goals.
• Monitor internal controls and quality audits to ensure strict compliance.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to Tukwila and Lake Stevens, WA.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Member Consultant or Personal Banker role.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) per SAFE Act legislation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
