What you will do
- Achieve regional sales goals by executing strategic business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team of Regional Account Executives.
- Provide in-the-field mentorship and strategic guidance to improve team performance.
- Monitor regional performance data and manage the budget to ensure strong ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Market Access teams to drive consistent execution.
- Maintain deep expertise in the competitive landscape of genetics and genomics.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a sales professional and leader in a relevant commercial environment.
- Degree in business, marketing, sciences, or a related field.
- Must reside within the South Central region.
- Valid Driver License and a vehicle for daily work use.
- Strong knowledge of the Diagnostics/Genetics/Genomics industry (strongly preferred).
- Ability to travel 40-60%, including nights or weekends.
