What you will do

• Build and grow a high-impact partnership portfolio by identifying partners, closing deals, and ensuring they drive real reach for Lean In Girls.
• Scale impact through digital channels to reach millions of girls efficiently.
• Engage parents to support their daughters' leadership development.
• Partner with product and content teams to build awareness, demand, and evolve the program based on feedback.
• Shape Lean In Girls' presence in broader conversations about girls' leadership.
• Execute with discipline: track progress, manage pipeline, and build effective systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of partnership development and relationship management experience with a track record of results.
• Experience building trust, sustaining relationships, and focusing on high-impact work.
• Skills in scaling through automation, simplification, and process improvements.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse audiences.
• Comfort owning work independently, using CRM platforms, and balancing strategy with execution.
• Deep passion for helping girls lead.
