Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and refine corporate development strategy and strategic priorities in partnership with C-level executives.
- Lead industry research and market intelligence to build a pipeline of acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
- Develop complex financial models, including DCF and accretion/dilution, to evaluate the economic impact of potential transactions.
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial outreach and term sheets to definitive agreements and closing.
- Oversee the due diligence and integration process across cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Drive post-acquisition value creation by implementing 30, 60, and 90+ day integration plans.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of professional services and government contracting industry dynamics.
- Proven expertise in business valuation, financial modeling, and unit economics.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA/CFA certification.
- Experience with global or multi-entity professional services organizations.
- Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and Zoom for remote work.
