Salary: $24 - $26 per hour

What you will do

• Process electronic and physical titling documents to ensure lien perfection.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and jurisdictions to obtain missing documentation.
• Track file progress on internal platforms and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound shipments via FedEx.
• Conduct audits of document storage in the Denver office for compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Denver, Colorado.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing.
• Proficiency in GSuite and ability to multitask across platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
