What you will do

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of production failures using oscilloscopes, schematics, and test equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis using fault trees and fishbone diagrams to develop corrective actions.
• Diagnose failures at the component, circuit, and system levels directly on the production floor.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to ensure product reliability.
• Develop detailed failure reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support and improve test processes, validation, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in electronic systems troubleshooting.
• US citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting analog circuits and PCBs.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and using laboratory equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 75% during the first 90 days for training.

Nice to have

• FMEA or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Cadence tools.
• Background in aerospace, medical, or semiconductor industries.
