What you will do

• Own design and development of multilayer PCBs for reactor control and instrumentation systems.
• Define electrical architecture for mixed-signal systems, including power distribution and analog/digital interfaces.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and ensure signal/power integrity with EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Bring up, debug, and validate hardware; create test plans for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, and other engineers for seamless hardware/software integration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and lead design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related.
• 8+ years designing custom PCBs, including multilayer and mixed-signal boards.
• Experience setting electrical architecture and driving multi-disciplinary programs.
• Strong with schematic/PCB tools (Altium, Cadence).
• Understanding of signal/power integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC.
• Analog/mixed-signal design, sensor interfaces, ADC/DAC, low-noise practices.
• High-speed interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet); board bring-up and lab instrumentation.
