Salary: $129,875 - $146,290

What you will do

• Develop, improve, and troubleshoot electronic/electrical hardware for engine and machine systems.
• Create product requirements, perform simulation, and execute electronic component selection.
• Manage schematic and layout development as well as platform verification and validation.
• Perform complex analysis for the sustainment of electrical parts, identifying and resolving design problems.
• Coordinate the delivery of embedded software with appropriate internal teams.
• Provide technical leadership and train new staff members while staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Electrical or Electronic Component/Systems Design.
• Experience with Technical Design and Problem-Solving Methodology (RCA, 7-step, FMEA).
• Expertise in Electronic Product Verification & Validation (V&V) testing, including thermal and vibration tests.
• Proficiency with LTspice, PSpice, Matlab/Simulink, and Power BI for data analysis.
• Experience with SAP for BOM/change management and DFM/DFT principles.
