TL;DR

Channel Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Develop partner program strategies that drive engagement from reseller and referral partners with an accent on scaling in new markets and regions like AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM. Focus on building customized sales programs, partner lifecycle management, operational frameworks, and cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and enablement teams.

Location: Remote (US-based due to benefits)

Salary: $120,000 - $138,000 with a 50/50 split + benefits

hirify.global is reinventing Network Detection and Response (NDR) to provide enterprises with visibility, context, and control against cyber threats across hybrid infrastructures.

What you will do

  • Develop partner program strategy to drive engagement from reseller and referral partners
  • Work with channel ops on operational framework for tracking partner engagements, status, and compliance
  • Develop partner lifecycle and engagement points at each stage
  • Identify new markets and partners to scale within those regions
  • Build customized sales programs with large partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance, and legal
  • Work with sales enablement and partner marketing on enablement, communication, and engagement plans
  • Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM

Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years working with channel partners developing partner programs in security, networking, software, or enterprise
  • Experience with partner onboarding, creating agreements, reporting, marketing, and enablement
  • Experience with executive-level engagements and communication
  • Self-starter able to create structure from ideas and concepts
  • Work cooperatively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments with reliable attendance
