What you will do

• Execute full-cycle sales to overachieve new annual recurring revenue (ARR) quotas within a defined territory.
• Manage Mid-Market accounts (<3k mailboxes) from initial prospecting through to contract signing and up-selling.
• Generate a robust pipeline through prospecting, marketing, referrals, and partners.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer for internal Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to influence prioritization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
• 4 years of experience in an individual contributor (IC) role.
• Proven ability in disciplined pipeline generation across multiple channels.
• Strong skill in qualifying needs and presenting ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
• Must be located in or cover the Kansas region.

Nice to have

• Training in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodologies.
