What you will do

• Drive Weekly Active Organizations (WAO) by evolving the tool into a daily-use platform.
• Identify and deploy AI Agent features to automate high-friction administrative workflows.
• Establish a predictable, high-performance Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Synthesize customer feedback into a strategic company narrative.
• Lead and provide accountability for the UI/UX design team.

Requirements

• Ability to build functional prototypes using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or v0.
• Experience writing engineering-ready PRDs linked directly to customer pain points.
• Proficiency in using data tools like Amplitude and BigQuery for roadmap prioritization.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions without heavy process support.
• English proficiency is required.
