Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive Weekly Active Organizations by evolving hirify.global from an episodic event tool into a daily-use platform.
• Identify and deploy AI agent features that automate high-friction administrative workflows.
• Establish a predictable, high-performance Product Development Life Cycle.
• Engage regularly with customers and turn feedback into a strategic product narrative.
• Lead and hold the UI/UX design team accountable for delivery.

Requirements

• Use AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or v0 to build functional prototypes.
• Create engineering-ready PRDs connected directly to customer pain points.
• Use Amplitude, BigQuery, and other data sources to prioritize and defend the product roadmap.
• Demonstrate ownership, customer engagement, structured decision-making, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Work from anywhere is supported.
