What you will do

• Design and implement AI SDK features across Python and TypeScript for various AI frameworks.
• Develop deep understanding of AI application techniques and architectures.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, ensuring reliability and great developer experience.
• Serve as domain expert on AI design patterns, collaborating with field staff and community.
• Debug complex issues, write public documentation, and support customers directly.
• Prototype integrations with leading AI libraries and contribute to open source SDKs.

Requirements

• Strong technical communication skills—written and verbal—in English
• Experience and passion for generative AI, especially agents and coding.
• Fluency in multiple languages like Python and TypeScript; deep concurrent programming knowledge (mutexes, atomics).
• Track record of open source contributions and API design/documentation.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent production software experience.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s programming model preferred.

Nice to have

• Background in machine learning, data science, or distributed systems architecture.
• Experience expediting AI agents or contributing to large-scale systems.
