What you will do

• Build and scale ML-driven features across multiple products
• Design reusable architecture to power and accelerate ML development company-wide
• Set standards for development and ML practices while mentoring other engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience with focus on Machine Learning and Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience managing full model production lifecycle: deployment, release, monitoring
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate ML into product features
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and ML services
• Project managing small teams with modern agile methodology
• Strong data engineering and architecture principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have

• Former startup founder or first engineering hire at a startup
• Experience in health tech, especially hospital billing systems
• End-to-end ML project lifecycle from data collection to deployment
• Deployment of LLM systems into production
• Contributions to open-source or ML community participation
