What you will do

• Contribute to vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intelligence Tooling and Enablement team
• Build common frameworks and reusable libraries to accelerate project development
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify tooling needs and invest accordingly
• Triage feedback, bugs, and drive excellence in code quality and maintainability
• Engage with open-source community and build reliable core services

Requirements

• Must be located in Seattle, WA for hybrid work
• Experience maintaining shared and open-source libraries
• Experience with container-based workflows and Kubernetes
• Experience building production monitoring for services and health tracking
• Strong Golang experience; familiarity with Typescript, Python, Ruby
• Hands-on with AI coding assistants, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation
• Knowledge of development workflows, CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience connecting AI systems with enterprise data sources like code repos and ticketing
