What you will do

• Design and deploy FastAPI services wrapping LLM calls with stateful agent loops and REST/GraphQL endpoints.
• Build intelligent agents for unstructured medical documents using vision-augmented NLP and multimodal LLMs.
• Develop agentic RAG pipelines for billing codes and payer rules.
• Containerize and operate stack on AWS ECS/Fargate with infrastructure as code for daily deployments.
• Instrument services with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry to monitor denial rates and turnaround times.
• Extend React UI for human operators to launch agents and inspect traces.
• Ensure features meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and security benchmarks.

Requirements

• Advanced Python with FastAPI for asynchronous services
• Experience with LLM orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI) and agentic workflows
• Proficiency with AI-augmented development tools (Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor)
• AWS infrastructure (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare technology
• Processing unstructured healthcare data with multimodal AI
• Clear communication across compliance, finance, and engineering
• Production-first mindset with operation and monitoring of code in regulated frameworks

• Integrating external apps with LabVantage LIMS
• Configuring/upgrading LabVantage LIMS for order-to-result workflows
• Front-end with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular)
