What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered user features and products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate user needs into AI solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs and AI models for context-aware experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI features using feedback and data.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI features in production.
• Mentor engineers and stay ahead of AI research for product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend/full-stack experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
• 5+ years with PostgresDB, MySQL or similar databases.
• 5+ years with Elasticsearch or similar technologies.
• Proven experience shipping production AI features with LLMs.
• Experience with AI orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
• Familiarity with AI privacy, security, and compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration and mentorship skills.
