Salary: $108,960 – $145,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Centralize and govern the role of email within global marketing programs and campaign orchestration.
- Design and execute email strategies and nurture journeys aligned with global program priorities.
- Partner with marketing operations to design scalable audience segmentation and targeting.
- Integrate email as a strategic lever within ABM programs to drive engagement in priority accounts.
- Develop a testing roadmap for subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Scale AI-driven approaches for targeting, content creation, and orchestration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of building email programs that drive pipeline impact.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Must be based in or able to work in King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)
