What you will do

• Centralize and govern the role of email within global marketing programs and campaign orchestration.
• Design and execute email strategies and nurture journeys aligned with global program priorities.
• Partner with marketing operations to design scalable audience segmentation and targeting.
• Integrate email as a strategic lever within ABM programs to drive engagement in priority accounts.
• Develop a testing roadmap for subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
• Scale AI-driven approaches for targeting, content creation, and orchestration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of building email programs that drive pipeline impact.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo.
• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Must be based in or able to work in King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)
