What you will do

• Lead the evolution and restructuring of the corporate website as a high-performing marketing platform.
• Manage the technical infrastructure and content model using WordPress, including custom post types and field structures.
• Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure technical execution aligns with design intent.
• Build features for expert discovery and implement modern site search experiences.
• Integrate emerging AI capabilities to improve content surfacing and expertise discovery.
• Maintain site health, performance, and integrations with CRM and other digital marketing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing technology.
• Hands-on expertise with WordPress, including Advanced Custom Fields and block-based development.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in SEO and AI optimization.
