Program Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Program Manager (SaaS): Operationalizing the global engagement model for strategic GSI partners to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth with an accent on global-regional alignment and program governance. What you will do

• Define regional and global investment and growth plans for strategic GSI partnerships.
• Establish and maintain the global operating model, including governance and execution tracking.
• Translate 30/60/90-day objectives into actionable workstreams, milestones, and owners.
• Develop global RACI, organizational charts, and regional alignment matrices.
• Coordinate with regional partner leadership, AEs, product, and support teams.
• Manage program reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level updates on progress and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, alliances, or cross-functional program management.
• Proven experience working with global enterprise partners, especially GSIs or large consulting firms.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to operate across multiple time zones and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in the USA (Atlanta, Hoboken, Richardson, San Francisco, or Sandy)

• Familiarity with GSI business models and co-sell motions.
• Experience building governance forums and performance dashboards.
• Background in partner enablement or partner success.
