What you will do

• Translate complex technical requirements from Product, Platform, and ML Engineering into detailed program plans with clear milestones.
• Drive programs and manage schedules by determining dependencies and proactively addressing risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product partners on technical strategy and resource planning.
• Design and iterate on best practices for operational excellence, including incident management and post-mortems.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment toward shared goals.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of overall professional experience, with at least 1 year in Technical Program or Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and product operations best practices.
• Proficiency with SaaS tools like Jira and a working understanding of SQL.
• Experience in iterative, fast-paced release environments using Agile and Scrum processes.
