What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise Data Strategy KPI framework aligned with business objectives.
• Quantify ROI of data and AI investments through financial modeling and business case development.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into executive narratives for the ELT and Board of Directors.
• Model revenue influence, cost reduction, and risk mitigation in partnership with Finance.
• Establish KPI governance standards to ensure consistent definitions and prevent metric sprawl.
• Monitor leading indicators of underperformance and recommend strategic course corrections.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy, performance management, consulting, or enterprise analytics.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available).
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
• Proven experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
• Background in financial services or retirement services.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and narrative synthesis skills.

• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, governance programs, or AI initiatives.
• Experience in transformation or strategy functions.
