Location: Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Toronto, Canada. USA afternoon availability required for collaboration with leaders in Austin, San Mateo, and Chicago.

Salary: $60,700 – $89,860 (Toronto) / $61,700 – $91,340 (Chicago)

What you will do

  • Oversee and coordinate PSO studio integrations across multiple game studios.
  • Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and relationships with USA-based vendors.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives, including planning, development, testing, and release.
  • Support VIP operations and manage the integration lifecycle for new studio onboarding.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and problem-solver between technical, business, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals or the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Must be available during USA afternoons to collaborate with leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
