What you will do

  • Oversee all HR programs for two manufacturing organizations in Chandler.
  • Consult and coach managers and employees to drive business goals and foster positive employee relations.
  • Drive talent and culture activities, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
  • Leverage HR metrics, analytics, and market trends to provide decision-ready insights to senior leaders.
  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to execute short and long-term talent actions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define and drive strategic staffing plans.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience supporting a technology business with 500-1000+ employees and contractors.
  • Experience working with both hourly and contract employee populations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in compensation, organizational development, staffing, and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment law.
  • Proven experience partnering with high-level executives and handling conflict-based experiences.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
