TL;DR

Senior People and Culture Business Partner: Strategic advisor and coach to GTM leaders designing scalable people strategies for revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion with an accent on organizational design, performance enablement, and change management. Focus on workforce planning aligned to pipeline forecasts, leadership coaching for high-performing teams, and using analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.

Location: U.S. (Remote). Requires compliance with FBI CJIS Security Policy including fingerprint-based background check.

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to diagnose needs and design people strategies driving revenue growth and scaling.
  • Align workforce planning with pipeline forecasts, territory design, and capacity models for commercial targets.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives like sales org design, compensation alignment, M&A integration, and talent planning.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, team engagement, and building accountable sales/customer teams.
  • Use analytics and metrics to inform recommendations and measure impact on quota attainment and retention.
  • Partner with COEs on tailored programs for GTM needs including incentives and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR or related (Master’s or HR designation preferred).
  • 7+ years HR experience, 4+ as consultative HRBP for revenue/customer-facing teams.
  • Success partnering with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success in scaling and performance.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, sales org design, performance enablement, leadership development.
  • Deep understanding of employment legislation and HR practices in Canada and the U.S.
  • Strong business acumen linking people strategy to revenue metrics; influence with senior leaders.
