What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through organizational change and workforce planning.
• Lead global talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including design, capability development, and D&I efforts.
• Ensure consistent execution of core HR processes such as job grading, compensation planning, and compliance.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform people strategies and improve long-term business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree valued).
• Six or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources within complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in global or matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
• Proven background in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform people and business decisions.
• Must be able to work from the Akron, OH corporate headquarters.
