Salary: $23.13 - $36.92 an hour

What you will do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, invoice verification, and vendor communication.
• Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements under senior guidance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making.
• Proactively use GenAI tools to automate routine tasks and audit AI outputs for factual accuracy.

Requirements

• BA degree or currently enrolled in a BA program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in one of the approved US hiring states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Competency in crafting context-rich prompts for AI tools.
