What you will do

• Lead implementations from deal signing to go-live, owning hands-on technical components and ensuring solutions fit client workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders like Directors of CDI and data engineers.
• Bridge technical and non-technical audiences by asking right questions on data requirements and operational workflows.
• Review data specifications, analyze files, validate data accuracy, and apply implementation best practices.
• Drive process improvements, solve problems creatively, and maintain momentum in complex projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare, preferably revenue cycle management
• Expertise in RCM software or EHR (certifications in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes including CDI, coding, or charge revenue reconciliation
• Background in healthcare consulting or overseeing software deployments
• Proven experience as Implementation Lead with strong project management skills
• Data analysis with SQL knowledge; excellent communication and problem-solving
• Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy experience in young tech companies

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma
• Experience leading implementations for new products
• Advanced SQL, EHR integration (HL7v2 or FHIR)
