Location: Fully remote within the United States
Salary: $150K–$170K base

What you will do
- Lead implementations from deal signing to go-live, owning hands-on technical components and ensuring solutions fit client workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders like Directors of CDI and data engineers.
- Bridge technical and non-technical audiences by asking right questions on data requirements and operational workflows.
- Review data specifications, analyze files, validate data accuracy, and apply implementation best practices.
- Drive process improvements, solve problems creatively, and maintain momentum in complex projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare, preferably revenue cycle management
- Expertise in RCM software or EHR (certifications in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes including CDI, coding, or charge revenue reconciliation
- Background in healthcare consulting or overseeing software deployments
- Proven experience as Implementation Lead with strong project management skills
- Data analysis with SQL knowledge; excellent communication and problem-solving
- Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy experience in young tech companies
Nice to have
- PMP or Six Sigma
- Experience leading implementations for new products
- Advanced SQL, EHR integration (HL7v2 or FHIR)
