What you will do

• Design and oversee the deployment and renewal of all global benefit programs, including insured plans, pension schemes, and time-away programs.
• Lead the annual US Open Enrollment process and partner with Finance for budgeting and cost estimates.
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to optimize the value and delivery of benefit plans.
• Collaborate with local People teams globally to implement regional benefit strategies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Play a hands-on role in critical projects, including M&A due diligence and integration.
• Manage global benefits consultants and local brokers to ensure service levels are met.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in employee benefit programs.
• 4+ years of experience building strategy for multi-country benefit programs.
• Must have International benefits experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong analytic ability and advanced proficiency in Excel for data modeling and recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
