Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do
- Drive the strategy and execution of current benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes.
- Administer HRIS (Workday) and related vendor platforms from both employee and HCM perspectives.
- Support annual benefit renewal processes and open enrollment on a global scale.
- Provide detailed analytics and compensation support to business partners and senior leadership.
- Manage key vendor relationships with defined KPIs and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with HCM leadership to identify opportunities for global alignment and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with HRIS, preferably Workday, and payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Demonstrated ownership of annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals.
- Working knowledge of US benefits compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing employee leave plans such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of payroll/benefit laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with equity compensation and system management, preferably Fidelity.
