TL;DR

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Drive the strategy and execution of current benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes.
  • Administer HRIS (Workday) and related vendor platforms from both employee and HCM perspectives.
  • Support annual benefit renewal processes and open enrollment on a global scale.
  • Provide detailed analytics and compensation support to business partners and senior leadership.
  • Manage key vendor relationships with defined KPIs and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with HCM leadership to identify opportunities for global alignment and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, preferably Workday, and payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Demonstrated ownership of annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals.
  • Working knowledge of US benefits compliance requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing employee leave plans such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of payroll/benefit laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with equity compensation and system management, preferably Fidelity.
