Compensation Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of base salary and incentive compensation programs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support annual bonus planning and payout projections.
• Partner with Finance on compensation-related forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals.
• Analyze compensation outcomes to assess alignment with performance, market positioning, and cost.
• Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
• Prepare data-driven materials for senior leaders to translate analysis into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Must be able to comply with the workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the Atlanta office.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including projections and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial concepts to leadership.
