Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia (minimum four full days per week in office)

What you will do
- Support the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of base salary and incentive compensation programs.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support annual bonus planning and payout projections.
- Partner with Finance on compensation-related forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals.
- Analyze compensation outcomes to assess alignment with performance, market positioning, and cost.
- Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
- Prepare data-driven materials for senior leaders to translate analysis into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Must be able to comply with the workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the Atlanta office.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including projections and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills for presenting financial concepts to leadership.
