What you will do

• Oversee U.S. immigration processes from case initiation to approval in coordination with external providers.
• Coordinate global immigration across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Act as central point of contact for employees, HR, Legal, and external partners.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain records in Jira and HiBob, and manage vendor performance and invoices.
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration law changes and align external partners accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
• 3+ years experience coordinating U.S. immigration processes
• 2+ years experience coordinating global immigration processes
• Maintain relationships with external immigration providers, attorneys, and vendors
• Strong attention to detail to mitigate legal and compliance risks
• Resilience, adaptability, excellent verbal communication, and ability to work in international teams
