What you will do

  • Develop and execute an organic growth strategy for AI search (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT) and social platforms (Reddit, X, Meta, YouTube).
  • Communicate AI search trends and strategic priorities to senior executives and board-level audiences.
  • Manage budget and engineering resource allocation for SEO/AIO initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize landing page conversion rates across various stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze marketing metrics through A/B testing and tools like Looker and Google Analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Editorial, and Analytics teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional SEO experience, preferably in-house at an enterprise level.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and current AI trends (AIO).
  • Proven experience leading teams, particularly content or engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including Looker and Google Analytics.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
  • Must be based in the US to support the hybrid work model.
