What you will do

• Lead Amazon organic optimization strategy to increase visibility, rankings, and conversions based on algorithmic insights.
• Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized listing copy aligned with brand voice, compliance, and performance data.
• Analyze search behavior and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimization gaps.
• Implement Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to scale content creation, keyword strategy, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a thought leader on marketplace optimization and AI-driven process innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Amazon strategy, SEO, or eCommerce, ideally within beauty, wellness, or CPG.
• Deep expertise in Amazon SEO, including keyword hierarchy, CTR, and conversion levers.
• Proficiency with Seller Central and analytics platforms such as Helium10, DataDive, or similar tools.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing direct reports with a collaborative leadership style.
