What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Success) by implementing scalable process improvements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, validation rules, and assignment logic.
• Identify and implement AI-powered automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to deliver actionable insights across revenue teams.
• Manage data integrity, governance standards, and maintain technical process documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues via JIRA and participate in agile backlog refinement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations (SaaS experience preferred).
• Salesforce experience required; Administrator certification is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Waltham or Boston, MA.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or SOQL is a plus.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
