Salary: $140,000 — $216,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic analytics lead for Pre-Sales and Partners operations, translating business needs into analytical frameworks.
• Lead the AI readiness initiative to explore AI solutions for driving growth and documenting internal processes.
• Design, build, and maintain high-visibility Tableau dashboards and reporting assets.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to scale foundation reporting while managing high-complexity projects.
• Distill complex technical findings into strategic narratives for senior executives to drive business behavior changes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Analytics, preferably in SaaS.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), BI tools (Tableau), and CRM data (Salesforce).
• Proven ability to build advanced analytical models, including productivity modeling and variance analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude Code to optimize workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and modern data modeling frameworks like dbt.
• Prior experience supporting Solutions Engineering or Partner/Channel organizations.
• General experience in SaaS GTM.
