What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives to scale global Support operations, including KPI frameworks and coverage models.
• Build and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards to measure support effectiveness and customer experience.
• Orchestrate data jobs using hirify.global Jobs and Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines with built-in data validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, HR, and Finance to ensure operational excellence.
• Establish coding, data management, and documentation standards and best practices.
• Translate operational insights into data-driven narratives to inform product and business decisions for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in data and analytics, ideally within a SaaS or large tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, or analytical field; MBA is highly preferred.
• Expert-level ability to navigate complex datasets using SQL-based tools and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes, multi-quarter initiatives with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executives.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
