TL;DR
Revenue Operations Intern (SaaS): Supporting the Go-To-Market engine by managing the tech stack, data integrity, and process optimization with an accent on CRM auditing and reporting. Focus on building dashboards for North Star metrics and automating manual processes using AI tools.
Location: Remote (US Based); Dallas, TX (Hybrid strongly preferred)

What you will do
- Audit CRM records in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data hygiene and accuracy.
- Assist in building dashboards to track North Star metrics like CAC, LTV, and Pipeline Velocity.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales and lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Manage and troubleshoot GTM tools including Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as territory mapping, compensation modeling, and lead scoring.
Requirements
- Rising Junior/Senior or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Zapier, Make, and N8N for process automation.
- High attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
